A Legacy Set in Stone: The Rainbow Quarry

The Stone Born Collection draws from Rainbow Quarry near Las Vegas, a site with architectural heritage. Since the 1930s, its stone has shaped major projects in the American West.

The inspiration for this collection began when our CEO, Armen Alajian, first visited the site.

“I first became interested in the beautiful excess stone at the Rainbow Quarry years ago, and that initial spark led directly to the Stone Born collection,” says Armen. “The natural variation in color and texture reminds me of our signature Normandy Cream blend.”

By repurposing this material, we’ve created a line that feels both prehistoric and entirely new.

The Palette: Vesper, Glow, and Sundrift

Meta-quartzite is prized for its strength and its beautiful color variations. We’ve put together this collection in three distinct, awesome color schemes:

• Vesper: A deep, profound tone, great for sophisticated spaces.
• Glow: A very warm tone, as if the stone captured the Neveda sunlight.
• Sundrift: A neutral that brings a sense of calm.
